Hey guys, I promised that I'd advertise this here, so, here I go.
My friend and I are looking for an artist that can draw anthro-usagi (humanoid rabbits.... bunnies,). We're holding a contest on gaiaonline.com to aide our search but so far it's been a dead end. =/
We can't advertise payment ON Gaia (but using real money OUTSIDE of Gaia to get an artist FOR Gaia is legal, and allowed.), but we're offerin anywhere from 10-20$ for the winning art piece.
What winning entails:
- Full time lineartist position for the shop [Pets are custom-drawn after the second stage.]
- One pet of your choice [Gender, color, type, customizable (cosplays must be discussed.)]
- 50% of all sales [Flatsales, auctions, raffles, and contest entry fees.]
- Our love and devotion!
We're looking for a particular art style, and AVAILABILITY. We won't sell more than 6 pets in the first two sales [3 and 3], and there is a time period of TWO and a HALF MONTHS before the first custom stage is needed (1 per pet). After the first custom stage there's a 1-2 month period between stages. Coloring will be done by me, so there's no need to worry about that. All we need is a lineartist.
These pets will range from 15-20k depending on the artist that we can get.
We don't know if we need inking done yet or not, since I can color some lineart wtihout it having to be inked. Pencil work is a plus, but digital work IS ACCEPTED and will be equally judged.
